Use when others need parts, the lower core damage allows you to break most parts of behemoth in one run while still doing large damage. combine with savagery, and you get upwards of 50k core dmg every 4 seconds (provided you can hit the wounded part+have enough stacks) in 10-50 escas. Referencing an older post of mine, wounded parts still take the dmg increase from tempest. best in pre-made, relentless + savagery on all. Proc tactician, everything gets wounded assuming your teammates can hit the same part/you tempest with tactician procced. Can substitute molten with catalyst, but I like the movespeed.
